South Sydney Juniors Club @ 558 Anzac Parade, Kingsford
Club’s alteration and additions: Extension and refurbishment of existing Chilled and hot water air conditioning plants which consists of 3500 Kw total capacity chillers with associated pumps and reticulation pipework. This building comprises the following:- Two basement levels used for car parking
- Ground floor entry, offices, lounges and back of house
- Mezzanine: Loading dock and garbage rooms
- First floor: Restaurants, bars, kitchens, TAB and offices
- Second floor: Auditorium, lounge, function rooms, aerobics room and offices
- Chinese restaurant, gaming areas, gym and swimming pool area
- Plantrooms Aerow was engaged to assess existing air conditioning and ventilation plants, advise on suitability of existing equipment and design, specify and document new plant serving old and new parts of the club, in particular: 1. New 1000 sqm addition to (Level 2) between Poker gaming area, function rooms, back of house and kitchens. 2. New 700 sqm (Level 3) Restaurant with a capacity to fit 300 people along with private function rooms.
